We contacted Kelvin Do a few months before the trip and he had offered some great suggestions. Communication was excellent throughout the trip via Whatsapp. All the pickups/drop-offs went well without a hitch. We had different guides and they all spoke good English and were flexible. Some flight delays happened, but Kelvin kept us informed. We did realy love the short day train from Danang to Hue through the haivan pass. I would highly recommend Kelvin Do @ Indochinatreks and would book with them again if getting back to Vietnam. read less

Amazing Tour We had an amazing 10 days! Indochina Treks crafted a perfect itinerary. Hoi An was magical, and the Mekong Delta was fascinating. We did Hanoi city tour by mobike. What's an experince! The cruise in Halong Bay was the perfect ending.

Our sales consultant was Kelvin Do who was outstanding from our first enquiries, all through the planning and booking stages and while we were actually out on the tour. We did a fourteen night trip based on Kelvin's suggested itinery with some adjustments to add more beach time at the end. Everything went so smoothly with transfers, flights etc. The hotels were good, and the different day tours and guides were excellent, giving us a wide variety of Vietnamese experiences. We knew very little about Indochina Trek as a tour company and relied heavily on reviews such as these. Consequently we were a little apprehensive, but they didn't let us down and I would definately recommend Indochina Trek to family, friends and all others. read less

Communication with Kelvin Do was outstanding from our first enquiries, through the planning and booking stages and while we were on the tour. Hotels were great, day tours and guides were really good. Everything went like clockwork with transfers, flights etc. This tour and the company met all our expectations and more. Kelvin went above and beyond to reunite us with items left in a hotel and a transfer car. This level of service was unexpected and greatly appreciated. It is not easy to pick an overseas tour company but we had the best experience and would whole heartedly recommend to others. read less
