I have just returned from my cruise to day and want to thank you for all your assistance in making the bookings, I would not hesitate to recommend the cruise to anyone, and if at any time you want to my use name as a reference I would be ahppy to obliged, it you have not done the cruise you really should it was fantasit. i am also thanking you on behalf of Karen Brooks from the UK who I befriended and it turned out she also booked through you and was very pleased wirh your service so once again thankyou so much, when I am a little more organised I will recommend you on the Tripadvisor
Additional information:
Once I am organised I will try to send you a few photographs, dress code during day is very casual just being mindful of the customs of the people, long pants or shorts as long as knee length or longer, any tops as long as not skimpy and when visiting temples etc having your shoulders covered. Night time was just smart casual, some people dressed up more than others but usually either simple dresses or pants with a nice top, on the last night some dressed up a little more, but definately no need for any 'formal wear'. A lot of people of trip advisor ask the price of drinks so these are the current approximate prices/
Cost of a beer USD2.80: Cocktails USD5-6.00: glass wine USD5-6.00 Bottle of house wine,red (De Bortoli which Australians would know ) USD25.00 can't comment on other wines,. Laundry service costs the same as any 4/5 star hotel. Staff absolutely fantastic, cabins very spacious, double cabin had queen size beds.

Thanks Kelvin for booking a superb cruise on the Jahan for us. Everything went smoothly and we had a fabulous time. The ship is beautiful and all the excursions were very interesting. They were also well timed so that you still had enough time on the ship while cruising to enjoy the fact that every room had a lovely balcony and there was a great sundeck upstairs with a small swimming pool...adequate size to refresh one. They had a great spa on board, and the food was excellent every day. The ship has a superb freshwater system so there was no problem at all with anyone getting sick that I heard of. All in all...We would highly recommend this cruise...the only slight drawback might be that a few of the excursions, there was a climb off the ship, so someone who struggles with walking might have a bit of difficulty...but there is always crew members all the way up to help out if you need it....

It has been raining heavily with much flooding across Queensland and down into NSW and Victoria
All quite extraordibary
The Pandaw Mekong is a delightful vessel --
especially if managed by their own company
We were aboard the Mekong Pandaw
We met the Saigon Pandaw which I was told was on charter
Our French CEO speaks much more highly of the Mekong Pandaw
I was aboard the Pandaw Orient in 2009--along the Rejang River in Borneo--also very good and that is why I wanted to go again
River cruising is a great experience Plenty to see and do Excursions ashore into the countrysude with a varied programmme--Temples Oc cart riding and many markets
The food is excellent
Well prepared and a varied choice
The service is excellent
The staff are couteous and most attentive
The vessel was full --about 50 passengers --which is most pleasant
The upper deck cabin is worth the extra cost
Highly recommended
I do not have phots to send --but will speak with my daughter who may be clever enough

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip on Toum Tiou 2. Everything went according to plan from the pick up at the FCC in Siem Reap to the drop off in Phnom Penh.
Sam Jaton, the captain and tour guide was very helpful and had arranged several very interesting tours from the boat.
The cabin was comfortable and the living areas very pleasant and just as shown on the website. The food was good and plentiful - buffet style. The 2 nights onboard gave us a very good opportunity to visit parts of Cambodia we would not otherwise visit. We were able to see rural life on the river and also visit some of the villages and farms.
This has given us a taste for cruising on some other Asian rivers!
Please remind your guests that it is a good idea to have plenty of small denomination US currency as they are required for tips and small purchases ashore along the route. Also some sweets, pencils, balls etc to give to the local children are useful. We visited a couple of local schools.
I highly recommend this cruise and Indochina Treks Travel Co Ltd were extremely helpful and efficient in arranging this trip. Kelvin was very quick to respond to emails and questions and gave us the confidence to book this cruise from the internet.
