He made many changes for us and put together the most amazing 21 day trek for us. Planes, trains, automobiles, san pans, boats, push bikes, Vespas even small round dish boats made of reeds, you name it Kelvin had contacts for it. Hotels were first class, our guides were friendly, approachable and super knowledgeable. Our adventure was a treat from arriving in Hanoi to flowers and gifts to leaving Siem Reap and heading back to Thailand. From the bottom of our hearts, thanks for everything mate. They were all great. Tours, transfers, internal flights were all arranged by Kelvin and staff. No problem during the trip. Anna, our tour operator kept me updated daily. Each tour he arranged used an interesting and helpful guide. He or a team member was always accessible and responded to our requests and changes with patience! And he also fixed a visa issue in a timely manner. One important piece to know. We took care of our own hotels and hired Kelvin for only some days of guidance. US citizens that leave Vietnam and re-enter a couple of days later, need an ADDITIONAL visa to re-enter Vietnam. Your 30 day Evisa only works as single entry. I would recommend Kelvin and his team any day. read less
