All knowledgeable guides, good hotels, amazing foods, cruises, transfers, flights. We were particularly impressed when Kelvin could always reply to us in munites no matter when it's through whatapp. He also helped us do online checkin for all flights and kept us update if a change. The private customized tour gave us time to visit sites we wanted and relax at beach to recover. We do highly recommend Luang Prabang, Hanoi, Halong bay, Hoian and Siem Reap.
