The Thai authorities has elevated the interval of visa-free keep for vacationers from over 50 international locations together with Vietnam from 30 days to 45.

The extension, to take impact from October, is a part of the federal government’s efforts to spice up financial restoration post-pandemic because it eyes 8-10 million international arrivals this 12 months, Bangkok Put up reported.

Thailand, one of many world’s hottest travel locations, has lifted all Covid restrictions for international vacationers and seen 3.78 million vacationers arrive this 12 months.

Vietnam reopened its borders in mid-March and resumed its visa exemption coverage for twenty-four international locations with most stays of 15-30 days.
