It included all the destinations and activities we wanted to do. Hanoi & Saigon were crazy but nice - different from any other cities we've ever visited. The Halong Bay cruise was absolutely magical - nothing beats waking up surrounded by limestone karsts. Hoi An's lantern-lit streets stole our hearts. While the pace was sometimes quick, it allowed us to experience so much. Minor hiccup with one hotel booking, but the team resolved it promptly. Highly recommend for first-time visitors. read less

He was in touch throughout the trip keeping us informed about driver, tour and other details. The accommodation was excellent and conveniently located. Kelvin organised tours in every stop which were interesting and informative. Highlights were the Hanoi Jeep tour, the Halong Bay cruise to Bai Tu Long Bay and the cooking class in Hoi An. Gegen Ende fühlte man fast eine Art familiäre Verbindung zur Besatzung. Kulinarisch sind wir auch voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen, wobei einem gerne und schnell Sonderwünsche erfüllt wurden. The boat has a nice atmosphere and the rooms were nicely decorated and offer a double bed and a balcony with two chairs. We had a well-trained tour guide who spoke excellent English and accompanied us on our shore excursions. He introduced us to the country and the people and made our trip unforgettable. His enthusiasm for his country and its history was inspiring. We would particularly like to emphasize the extremely attentive service on the boat. What a memorable experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jayavarman. The staff were fantastic and food was great. Whenever we came back from excursions our shoes were cleaned and put outside of our cabin. I also enjoyed morning Taiji exercises. Highly recommend it.

The crew was exceptional, the food was excellent, the daily excursions were custom designed to be a once in a lifetime experience. Our cabin was immaculate and serviced twice/day. This trip was enlightening and we learned so much about Vietnam and Cambodia. The guides were top-notch. We really cannot find even one thing that we could suggest for improvement. The staff knew each passenger by name within the first two hours of sailing. We are looking at booking our next river cruise and will likely use Heritage again. Highly, highly recommend.
